Historic Downtown Adobe Compound & Casita

Treat yourself to this light-filled, charming and beautifully decorated Downtown property comprised of a main house and adjacent casita that could be rented together or separately.

In the heart of Santa Fe, this authentic adobe compound was originally built in 1898. Gorgeously remodeled last year, it has many features sure to please the most meticulous guests!

An 8-minute leisurely stroll to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, De Vargas Mall, Sprouts and Albertson’s, this cozy home has the best that Downtown Santa Fe can offer. It is conveniently located within a quick ride to desirable areas such as Las CampanasTesuque VillageBishop’s Lodge RoadOld Taos Highway and the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

The property is located just North of Downtown Santa Fe in the Rosario Hill neighborhood, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe. Many Spanish families owned large parcels in this area through land grants by the Spanish King.

Currently a diverse residential area, the neighborhood incorporates much older family homes next to renovated beauties such as this compound. Across from Arroyo Mascras, the feeling is one of living right by a river with gorgeous elm & queen of paradise trees lining the arroyo.

About the Owner:

My friend Kutlu Gulamber fell in love with Santa Fe and moved from Albuquerque two and a half years ago. He bought and remodeled this historic property in 2017 and is living in a second casita in the same compound. His friendly, joyful personality and knowledge of Gay Santa Fe will surely help you during your stay!
